This is exactly why I consume large amounts of dairy products and avoid
soy, whole grains, other beans, etc. On a diet with lots of legumes
and whole grains, my body deteriorated to the point where I almost
died. Now I know better. As Ancel Keys (the "founding father" of the
"cholesterol hypothesis"😉 found, you want your cholesterol levels in
the 200-220 range to maximize longevity. My last test was 209, with
    low TGs, on a diet high in dairy. No meat, and I don't cook the dairy;
otherwise, lipid peroxidation and other factors are at work that can be
    unhealthy.

Search this group for montygram and read through some of my posts.
Heart disease became a problem in the USA as dairy consumption went
down, consumption of oils high in omega 6s went up, along with lower
consumption of antioxidant-rich foods. Fresh, uncooked, un-homogenized
diary is fine, one of the best things you could consume for optimal
health (assuming the cows, goats, sheep, are healthy).

You know what? I have been chomping on the same diary plus oodles of
whole grains and beans for 50 years and my pulse says I'm still very
much alive and flourishing and my doctor says I'm a paragon of health.
If your body is rejecting something it is specific only to you cuz there
are a bazillion of us in great health. No different than some people are
loctose intollerant and need to avoid mik products.

TC has issues alright and carbs is just one. He is paranoid to say the
    least.
