I posted this a while back, but its slipped down the list, so just in case anyone can help....
I'm in a bit of a quandary.. I'm in the market for some new boots. After trying on almost every single boot it seems to have come down to a tossup between La Sportiva Nepal and Berghaus Kibo.
My problem is that having tried them, they are pretty similar in terms of comfort, the Kibo's have the edge in terms of lightness and water proofness, but the Nepals are clearly a boot with track record, longevity and build quality. I'm using these with Grivel G12 (a C2 crampon)
The Kibos have only recently been introduced, but I was wondering if anyone had had first hand experience that they might care to share?
