I have recently started researching different treadmill models, with an
MSRP of 1700-2500. One unit that seemed to show strong promise was the
Horizon PST8.
I have looked online, and found very little for reviews, however the
salesman said that it was a consumer reports best buy, errr something.
Its a 2600 dollar treadmill with $1k off. ([censored] Sporting Goods)
What I will be using this for:
1. Long runs. - Sometimes I get bored / cold running my 15+ mile runs
in the winter. I think it would be nice to put this down in my home
theatre to watch say... Lord Of the Rings....(well maybe not that long
of a movie....)
2. Speed Work - Since the speed is controlled, and precise, I wondered
how well treadmills work , compared to my normal track routine. This
particuliar unti goes up to 12 mph.
Does anyone have any feedback ?
