unispin

As most people will say, use the search feature and you can find some
useful information that has already been posted.

Unispins are something that you just have to get out there and do. The
hardest part is figuring out how to grab the seat and spin it properly,
but after a bit of practice you will get an idea of how it should work.
Just keep trying, and try not to worry about hurting yourself, because
if you really cared that much then you wouldn't be riding around on a
wheel. :P

Use shin protection.
