I was the only old fart on our 3-man HID-lit ride thru the woods tonight -- temps were perfect, and

We did a night ride last night, the moon was so bright it lit up the trail and kept our
headlight/bar light usage minimal.

Lights are cheaper.

My eyes are not so good. One in particular. It's blurry no matter what. The eye doctors referred me
to a specialist right before I was laid off, and lost my insurance. I can drive at night, but if it
starts to rain, it gets damn tough to see with all the extra glare from the wet roads. At least I
can see well enough to do whatever it is I want during the daylight hours, like ride..
