integrated headset/fork compatibility

The only thing that differentiates integrated forks from other ones is
that the they're (attempting to be) shaped to have an uninterrupted
curvature with the headtube. They use the same crown race sizes as 1
1/8" and ISO 1", which is all that technically matters.

The geometry of the fork (rake and axle-to-crown distance) also matter.
Best bet is to find something that matches the original fork, unless ya
want to mess with the bike's handling.

As for which forks best create the seamless aesthetic with which head
tubes, I have no idea. I'm pretty sure there's not actually a standard
for this.
