Just out of curiosity, are the outboard ("external"😉 type bottom brackets all compatible and interchangeable? For example, would a Truvativ EXO BB work with the FSA MegaEXO crankets? Or vice versa, would the Truvativ EXO crankset work with another manufacturer's outboard type BB? The only outboard BB/crankset that is unique and won't be compatible with the others is the Dura Ace 7800 because of Shimano's proprietary spline design correct?
