  1. Hi,
What is the best way to breath while you're on your bike: through the nose or the mouth? I always hear I it is best tot breath through the nose. This is no problem for me when I'm riding easy but when I'm doing, for example, a TT, I find it hard to keep breathing through my nose. Is this someting I should practice? Or is it also ok to breath through the mouth?
    Thanks,
    Daniel

Uh, I think it's safe to breathe through your mouth. I haven't spontaneously combusted from it yet. :p

Seriously though, who and why told you to breathe through your nose!!!

You should breathe whichever way feels easiest and the most comfortable.
