Best source for spokes

Your LBS is the best source. By the time you pay shipping from a discount online place you will probably be paying the same price.
Go for DT Swiss.

You won't go wrong with DT Swiss or Sapim spokes, but you'll find better prices at places other than your LBS. If you're set on getting the best price search QBike right here. There are also a few wheel building sites you can find via Google or whatever search engine tickles your nether regions.

Looks like it has a pretty good selection of sapim spokes in bags of 20.
