    WITNESS APPEAL - NAKED CYCLIST

    Police have arrested a 39-year-old Keilor Downs man in relation to
    obscene exposure on Thursday 16 February, 2006.

    Quoted message said:

    From about 11:00am until 7:00pm the naked male was seen walking and


    riding a bicycle in various public areas of Beaumaris, Parkdale,
    Brighton and Mordialloc.

    The man will appear at the Frankston Magistrates' Court on 26 April,
    2006.

    Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers on
    1800 333 000.

    A similar bloke frolicking around the Elwood area, rated a couple of mentions on ABC 774 last year.
