  1. Bloody peak hour!

One 4WD, one kangaroo hopping along the road in front of me, 6
motorbikes, one now panicked kangaroo (got stuck in the barbed wire
fence next to me, tried to get free, then got spooked by the
momobikes), then a few more momobikes, and then quiet all the way up
    Clintons Road.

And then all the traffic along that... um... road. Before the right
hand roundabout -- it was the first time where you really had to be
careful claiming the lane -- make sure everyone knew what your
    intentions were.

Then the left hand roundabout and the steep downhill -- lots more
traffic. What was everyone up to?

Thanks Gags for performing a pretty good job on my wheel.

Seems in my office relocation, I took all my clean spare shirts home
to be washed, and have nothing to wear. Oh well, will have to go
    naked in the office 🙂

That's a disturbing mental image... made worse by the fact that, as
I've said before, I imagine you at work with your helmet on. At least
the mirror will give you advance warning of anyone loitering
    suspiciously behind you...

Clintons Road was as busy as I can recall - weird in a weird dream sort
of way ("...and then a kangaroo was there, but it was really my boss,
and he was riding a motorbike, but then we were at Beach Road and I was
racing the kangaroo, but then it was Alan Greenspan, and he was
    winning, but then I was..."😉.

I didn't catch that you were going to Gag's place, so I waited just
after the turn-off into the side streets #2 section. Waited a while,
then went on - glad you're okay.

Went on to the Boullie with Ash and dodged the many new-to-the-road
riders. Just wanted to be counted if they were doing a head count, as
bigger numbers surely mean more chance of a repeat there or somewhere
else. I reckon it was a great idea. Lots of people I'd imagine wouldn't
be on the road if it wasn't blocked off. Weather turned it on - glad BV
sorted that out for the day. Jazmo saw us come up from Chandler Hwy and
fell in with us - good to see him and have a quick chat as be belted
    out a few laps.

    That's about it.

Get off the grass, man. (Or I could do an ARK thing and say "GET OFF
    OF MY LAWN!"😉

I wasn't completely rude -- I did actually say "see you all!" at the
top of my lungs, but you had already gone a bit too far ahead for my
    voice to reach 🙁

    meanwhile in France:

"wallabies, actually - roaming wild in the Rambouillet Forest.

They have bred in the wild there for about 30 years, having escaped long ago from the local Parc de Sauvage wildlife park. And
despite a long period of expatriate life, they have evidently not yet learned to look before they cross French roads.

In the meantime, the municipality of Emance has reached a truce of sorts with the insurance industry.

Emance grants residency status to the roos, and the insurers pay up.

Now to introduce the saltwater crocodile."

Did they ever learn, back here at home?

Hands up who else wacky parsed that as "Emacs"?

It has been said that physicists stand on one another's shoulders.
If this is the case, then programmers stand on one another's toes,
