Had my new carbon forks installed into new frame, and I was a bit suspicious about the guys that did the work. Im a little worried that they didn't grease the new headset. Im not sure if it is good practice to grease the bearings on an integrated headset. When I opened up the headset, there was absolutely no trace of grease. Is this normal? Am I worrying over nothing? please help

I wouldn't worry about it. Assuming they're sealed bearings, there will be grease on the balls. I once tried slapping grease around sealed bearings, but all it does is attract dirt.

But what about sweat dripping down into the headset and causing corrosion around the outside of the bearings. Wouldn't that cause some kind of problem?

Yes and no, but more from road spray -- especially at the fork crown -- than sweat. The headset cups will be aluminium, so they won't rust; it's usually only threaded parts or very tightly clamped parts, such as seatposts, that can seize when corrosion occurs. I would say that the bearings aren't a tight enough fit in the cups for them to seize.
Having said that, it won't hurt to slamp some grease around the outer race, but I just find that the grease attracts much more dirt and gunk. 🙂

Thanks for the info, it makes me less inclined to think that the LBS is incompetant.
