First of all I should tell you that I'm not following a low carb diet (from time to time I do wonder if low carb would work better for me in the long run.) Anyway, I've heard there are 'good' carbs and 'bad' carbs...I suppose good carbs are in fruit, vegetable, dark bread and bad carbs are in white bread, sugar and so on. I have been wondering about honey though. Is it considered to be a good carb or a bad carb? Thanks
Considering it's made up of glucose, fructose and some sucrose..........
Honey is pretty much pure sugar.
