Fitting a BromSON

  1. My BromSON (and wheel) finally arrived today - over a month after I ordered
    it from Biketrax (grrr). But on unpacking it, I find that it requires one of
    those thin axle jobbies, whereas the standard Brompton front wheel has bolt
    axles. Apart from further annoyance that this is not supplied with the
    wheel, does anybody know whether a standard axle will fit? I would guess
    that a standard axle will be too wide.

    Complain, all hubs are shipped complete with the special (allan key)
    skewer, so it should have been included with your wheel !
