  1. Hi:

I have a perfect chromed Cinelli (Cinelli Milano engraving but no model number) track bar and
unmarked chromed stem with pretty fancy lug at the handlebar clamp. It's been around as decoration
for abt 25 years. Is it possible to put a date to such an item?

    Cheers,

    Tom

You could give it a go, but my dates prefer roses, expensive restaurants and lots of attention.
