Hmmm. It could be that your ISP uses proxy caches, i.e. a 'local' copy
of the web page. If this copy is corrupted in any way then all you get
is a corrupted view, even when you 'refresh' your browser. Try doing a
shift-reload a few times to bypass the cache, but I've a feeling that
bypasses your browsers cache rather then the ISP proxy cache.

Your problem might go away once your ISP cache gets around to loading up
the new version of the web page.

If you see the same problem with IE, then that would suggest that the
ISP proxy cache is messed up.

I'm afraid that's about the limit of my interfret skills :-( but if you
happen to have any problems with an AIX system, let me know :-)

If a domain registration expires it is promptly removed from the name
servers around the net. Upon re-registration it may take a day or two
for the domain to filter back to your particular name server.

You should be able to see the site in a day or two.

Looks like it's already been answered as to why, but they reckoned up
to 72 hours for the domain to propogate the web, so it should be okay
now. I guess some people are at the end of longer bits of wire.....lol!

It will be a good day tomorrow I think. No free parking in
Langdale...unless you are brave; it has been done - the danger being
you spend all of the walk wondering whether your car has been clamped!

Correct. Thanks for that - I'm still in my first year of domain
'ownership', and there is much to learn.
