I just started a new training schedule a month ago, two 3 mile runs and two hour and a half mountain bike rides a week. I have taken creatine, (3.5g) after each workout for the past 2 weeks. Is this the best route to take, I don't do any serious racing just want self improvement and better recovery time so my quads aren't shot for the next workout. I've heard good things about L-glutamine and Endurox R4. What's my best route here? Thanks

Carbs, forget about protien.

for good recovery you need a 4:1 or 3:1 carb to protein ratio. this will give your muscle the best recovery.

Healthy diet alone will be more than sufficient for your needs. This will also help you to save money for holidays, new bike etc.
