  1. Hi,

For all the legume fans, I just added 2 recipes, they are very easy to
    make and delicious!

    G'day Ronnie,

My pigeon peas are late season, so I won't have any pulse from them
until maybe September. In the meantime, is there any other pulse you
could recommend as an alternative in these recipes, or are they really
dependent on pigeon pea to work properly?

Also, is pressure cooking really necessary, or just a means of
speeding up the process to an acceptable duration?

P.S. On your web site these recipes are listed as "Moderate" level of
difficulty; but above you say "very easy to make". Is the "very easy"
just for the denizens of RFC? ;-)

    Cheers, Phred.

I usually buy my "legumes" from Proctor & Gamble company in a jar
called "Jif" creamy peanut butter. It makes a wonderful sandwich
spread after blending it well with Smuckers strawberry preserves!
