Never heard of it and I believe Illinois is still part of the US.

There web site doesn't give any indication as to their whereabouts in the US

check chucks bikes; he's got some very cheap, describes them too.

CSK is made and designed in Taiwan, CSK is the name of the maker himself, Chang Sheng Kai
