We can still do that - at the pub, in the evening, after the walk!

  4. If you are going to be bored in the mountains you are likely to be
    bored on the streets too.
The key is to learn how to NOT be bored at all anytime.

I prefer mountain life to street life anytime.

No, it is not a bridge - however it goes under a bridge at Skyreholme
and then joins the Wharfe. However, you've asked the wrong question -
better to ask 'what is it?'

You wretch! That's another good keyboard gone west! Brilliant, Tim,

I'll just let that go - and say instead that it is a great spot for a
bit of gorge walking. It looks like a cave roof has collapsed in the
past and buried the stream which disappears underneath at the head of
the gorge. Not very long or difficult - but innaresting all the same.
Certainly more interesting than any old troll.

If I'm ever in the area I'll check that out. Sounds fun.

My free weekends are severely limited these days due to children getting
older and wanting to be doing /their/ thing instead... which needs a
driver... I really mush acquire a set of driving lessons for my 17 yr
old, whether he wants them or not. (He doesn't.)
