These exercises have really helped my sciatic nerve pain and low back pain . The ones that I like
the most and have had good results with are the hamstring stretch,Gluteus stretch and the TSL
stretch. Check it out at: 1backpain.comback exercises.htmOpen ↗

R44 for 7 moths andtwo mor to go to recover. Last fall we had a lot of rain in the east and I rode
indoors on my trainer with the vision. I also did a lot of leg work, calf raises, leg extensions
and leg curles. I did not stretch out properly and often enough and now I am suffering with
tendonites in both feet and ankles. I do not need to say how much I miss my rides. This will not
happen to me again.Bob Fleer V r-44
