I've got a new Bluetooth phone. The headset was a good one if you were
mostly just walking or sitting around. What I am wanting though is one
I can wear while riding. What is everyone's experience and have you
found a headset you really liked to use?

important that you need to talk with someone on the phone while you are
riding? It's also dangerous.--

but wouldn't it be nice to handle work from the seat of your bike?

being jarred about too much, like when someone is riding a mountain
bike on a trail. The malfunction would be a good jolt of electricity
to the head of the dolt wearing it.JD

i wish i could leave my phone at home. not all of us can just ignore
the phone. not all of our mothers pay our rent for us. if i miss one
phone call it could mean a lot of money, not just a job, but a whole
account. So i must take my phone at all times. you would to if you
needed money to pay rent. So i'm sick and tired of ppl telling me to
leave my phone at home.
i use a T-mobile sidekick || it comes with a leather sheeth and i clip
it on the front of my camelback, i use the earpiece under my helmet and
i can hear email comming in, the phone ringing and all the rest of the
fuctions i use for my small company. and i can awnser the phone within
a few rings every time and offer my customers same day service. Ha!
you guys can leave your phone at home and it doesnt bother me ... -

day, 7 days a week. But my boss knows that if I need to turn the phone
off for awhile, all the more power to me. And when I'm riding my phone
is at home.Leave your phone at home.

found a headset you really liked to use?I'll admit to it. I'm on call sometimes and still want to be able to
ride. I got the cheapest BT headset I could from buy.com and it's fine
if I'm spinning home and need to talk. I wouldn't use it on the trail,
but I don't see the harm in how I use it. The mic pics up a bit of wind
noise but for the amount I use it riding it's fine. It's an IO Gear
brand and I think it was about $30 on sale.Matt

and it's pretty pathetic to imply that those of us who choose to control our
time in such a fashion that we aren't connected 24/7 aren't earning our own
way.ps

The guy runs his own company and missing a call might mean losing an
account. There's a big difference between 'having a boss' and 'being the boss'.

like i said... i dont care if you leave your phone at home. more power
to you! congradulations! Personaly if given a choice of A. keeping an
account or B. pleasing you or people like you i'm really sorry man, i
really am... but you and people like you do not matter one bit to me
OR my customers. i have to awnser the phone. it may *seem* like a

strangers anyway?

It's a very flexible 24/7 because my boss understands that we need lives
beyond work and it means I have tons of freedom during the week.Quoted message said:

I can't imagine seeing a written proposal by this guy. That would
definately keep him from getting my business.Gary (business owner that uses voice mail to its full advantage)
