I had the idea today of having some round bumper stickers made with
super strong adhesive that you could cycle up and thwap onto the back of
a numpty driver's vehicle, saying "Numpty driver"

I was in a role-playing game several years ago in which one of the other
player-characters had something very similar on them[1] - except they
where double-sided so if you used them as window stickers then the people
inside the car could read them too ...

(They also said something a little, err, blunter than "Numpty"!)

[1] They where a magna-poon equipped skateboard courier, ala YT from Neal
Stephenson's _Snow Crash_.
