  2. 1. Find a wall or pole, chain link fence works quite well.

    2. Get your feet used to pushing the wheel. You'll want to have this
movement 'natural' before progressing to step 3.

    3. Push off from something, or mount into ww (like a normal mount,
except your second foot comes up onto the wheel instead of the pedal,
and begins the ww). Keep trying. You'll notice you initially can't go
far at all, then you'll hit a wall again at about 2-3m, and then once
you can go 10+m, you're good until you're tired.

    4. If you're having problems with step 3, lean back. Your legs aren't
under you anymore, they're way out in front. You'll have to lean back
to compensate for this. This has the added benefit of allowing more
space on the top of the wheel for your feet to push.

Also, you should google the unicyclopedia, as well as search the
forums. There have been many topics on ww in the past few years.

    Good luck!

  5. Make sure you go from toe to heel as far as you can, with both feet.
Usually there is a lazy foot that you will need to work harder on.

Make sure you are sitting up straight. the tendancy is to lean too far
forward, so maybe try to over compensate by leaning back farther than
    you expect.

Other than that, practice practice practice.

  6. i found that you want to lean back farther than you feel comfortable
    with.

an easier way to silumate this is to practice WW"ing on a slight
    uphill.

this uphill method also allows you to push more weight into the wheel
with your feet as you are pushing more down instead of out forward
