  1. Got home from day 2 at the new job. I'm dragging butt. I haven't worked
in over a year. It's a part time job but I'm going to love it. Anyway I'm
frigging starved and I'm too tired to cook. I'm going to sit back, relax
and order a couple of egg rolls, hot and sour soup, garlic chicken and 1/2
order of pork fried rice (for lunch tomorrow). Later I'll make some popcorn
    and throw in a movie.

You convinced me -- Chinese take-out it is! I'm spending all evening
packing and know I won't feel like cooking.
    Congratz on the new job!

Have you had a chance to find out what that "molar pregnancy" piece of
produce you bought was? I've been watching for your follow-up ever
    since!

I am so sorry. Here is what I know about the molar pregnancy. Years ago
when I worked for Wash U (the first time)one of our nurses had a molar
pregnancy. Her OB/GYN explained it in lay terms... A molar pregnancy is an
ovary that has fertilized but not developed. It attaches itself to the
uterine wall or the fallopian tube (I can't remember which). It has these
teeth like appendages which dig into the tissue and it's covered with hair.
Usually by this time the pregnancy has spread a malignancy throughout the
bloodstream which is fatal (in many cases). The second pic on this site
    http://www.aafp.org/afp/990201ap/photo.html can explain it more.

I have not had time to find out what the fruit I bought at market is. I'm
going to have to wait until Sunday when I go back. I have to work today.

I'm working for The Irish Crystal Company and I'm a guy Friday type. My
main focus is to be on the computer system (a real yawner... could do it in
my sleep) and corporate orders from Ireland from the initial order to the
delivery. Sent out 2 soccer balls yesterday for $2000 each. Both for the
Missouri Athletic Club. I'm really stoked about this job. I'm learning a
lot of new stuff while doing a lot of stuff in my career filed of IT. Barb
Schaller will be pleased. All of the desktops are iMacs ;(

I did not go back this semester. I was totally bored with it. I may take

Diversion being the key word. I've been laying around this house for
almost 2 years and there is only so much you can do around the house. The
animals have been driving me crazy and I've spoiled them rotten. The 50%
off discount on any Irish crystal, flatware or china; be it Waterford,
Heritage, Tyronne etc. is a plus. I'm sure every dime I make will go right
    back to the company 😉

    Michael

    Ob Food:

Made veggie beef soup last night. I took some left over chuck roast and
shredded it into large pieces. Chopped up some carrots, cubed some
potatoes, opened a can of corn and a package of frozen green beans and
threw it all in a big pot of beef stock. Stuffed in a couple of Bay
leaves, kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper and then tasted and adjusted
seasoning during the simmer process. I simmered it on the stove for about
2 hours, more or less. About the last 1/2 hour I added (on a whim) a can
of diced tomatoes with the juice and a smidge of tarragon. Was good with
herbed butter smeard on some sliced Italian bread.
