Field sort of thing to do.

There is some effort to turn it into a feature, not a bug. There's a
swamp in town with a stream running through it and the street nearby is
called "Spring Terrace." Doesn't that sound lovely? What it means is
that your backyard is underwater most of the year and your driveway is
some of the year and your livingroom is occasionally.

If the land is cheap there's probably a reason for it.

Another advantage of using this strategy in the South is that it is not
unprecedented in the bible. So it would fit into the old time religion and

Last I heard (which was in Tuesday or Wednesday's paper) is that they
are going to let the folks in New Orleans rebuild wherever they damn
well please. I think this is a huge mistake both economically and
