testing for MSG

I don't know if it is of any worth though.

But I would rather try to avoid foods that are known to contain MSG - there
is a lot of information on that available online
(http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~lrd/msg.html for instance).

Test strips would come in handy when eating out of course.

What symptoms does she have to MSG? Can you say more please?
