Having firm arms is something that many people focus on when
exercising. For an Overhead Tricep Press, standing on the floor with
your feet about two feet apart, knees slightly bent, you will extend
your arms over your head. Keep your elbows locked and then very slowly
lower your hands behind your head. You want to do this with some type
of weight, but small weights like one to five pounds. If you do not
have weights of your own, you can hold a one-pound of vegetables, which
    will work perfectly.

How is this a press if you 'keep your elbows locked'??

If you're trying to explain an overhead tricep extension
    it looks like this,

I like to use weights that are over 100 pounds when I do those. Am I
really using too much weight? Also, like Jeff pointed out, I unlock
my elbows when I lower the weight. It puts less stress on the
shoulders that way. Is that wrong too?

Do they recommend using a pound of vegetables?

I suspect not, but I would imagine that any idiot (well, there's you,
of course) would realize that /elbows locked/ refers to keeping your
elbows/upper arms placed as closely to the sides of your head as
possible during the exercise rather than letting them flare out.

Now please do go on about signal flares.

Naw. Unless it's a dumbbell shaped veggie. 😉

If that pound of vegetables is frozen, it can be placed on a vagina
    afterwards to alleviate thrush.
