I was going down a long path right, off road, at phenomenal speds. But then the path started coming
to an end. At a cliff. I saw the cliff from 50 meters away, but when i applied my front brakes, the
pads just well, melted. when i applied my back berakes the wheel skidded. I ended up stopoping only
1 or 2 meters from the edge. Are brake pads available which have a high melting point? And traction
with the ground wasnt a problem, i was using mtb tires, inflated at 10psi

uuh no, this is a kmart machine we are talking about here. BTW I bought new brake pads today. THe
back ones work great, in that they can lock the wheel, but of course that doesnt achieve much.
THe front ones are ok, but my front wheel is bent a litttle so i have to make them slay out a
