Only ride to work on wet days.

incorporate a swim at N.S. pool at Milson's Point - use the shower and cross
train!

I wonder if there are showers on the top floor of the office building, that's

Works for me, we don't have a shower.

No usable showers at my work, and no access to lockers to leave clothes. I
only have to ride 11 relatively flat kms, although the first two have the
worst hills to get me warmed up. I've started rding to work since October,
carrying books, laptop and change of shoes (just hate to ride without the
SPD/Times). I began by riding a bit slower, especially in the last 2 kms and
then having a quick wipe-down in the gents, change shoes and sit quietly for
a few minutes. Stick deodorant is handy too. After a few weeks I've found
that can't resist the urge to pace the traffic, and still get to work
comfortable on all up to a 30 degree day. I ride in street clothes (shorts
and shirt in summer) and am not restricted by any [censored] dress code at work.

Go in the Disabled toilet (private and spacious) and have a 'sponge
bath' with a chamois towel.

Perhaps ask the management to leave a bucket and mop in there.

I have no shower at work, but I do have a lock on the door of our smoko room
LOL. Ride to work in my riding gear, carry fresh uniform in my saddle bag.
Lock door to staff room, strip off, fill sink with cool water and have a
bird bath! I always arrive with about 20mins to spare which is time to cool
down, wash, listen to the radio and maybe a coffee. I do keep a huge old
towel at work to put on the floor to stop someone slipping over in the wet.
Keep deo and a bit of perfume, make up, and talc at work - easy! Oh because
atm we are experiencing very high temps and humidity I also have a fan
turned on going flat out to help cool me off 🙂

Don't know about your workplace, but in my world there's no disabled toilets
at all!!!

Education Department; not reknowned for their sensitivity to staff needs.
Standard school teacher's desk measures about 1m X 60cm. I'm lucky, I
obtained a new one this year, about 50% larger. Staff of just over 100
teachers, until a year ago we had male toilets with just one cubicle, now
we've had a 100% enlargement of facilities. Woohoo! TWO cubicles.
