    Lots of folks have. Oddly enough, most go back to a conventional
    saddle at some point, for good reason.

    In my experience, it's possible to find a saddle that doesn't cause
    the numbness mentioned. That's what I did. Perhaps there are others
    for whom the only solution is a centerless or noseless saddle, but the
    millions of men who ride a conventional saddle without such
    difficulties would seem to be adeqaute proof that neither the symptom
    nor the result is going to occur in every case.
