Tom,
Use your killfile, Or just ignore it?
Read the Blog details, Short of a court ordered subpoena, they will
do NOTHING to stop ANY blogsite.
Like the usenet, Blogs have their place.
Go to a moderated forum if you can't stand the heat, wimp!

How ISPs treat blogs hasn't had its final resolution. First time an
ISP is held liable for a hosted blog and it sticks to the wall in the
court system, blogs will be closed down on a regular basis, whether or
not they have a 'place'. The question is whether their 'place'
includes 'reference' material that the sophomoric individual posting
this entries keeps posting. Not a lawyer, but he seems to be crossing
the line in his personal and rather childish vendetta against Rich
Pinto.
And FWIW, the posts don't belong here. Open use groups doesn't mean
that you have carte blanche to post off-topic posts. Irrespective of
the blog, the posts - repeat, the posts - are violations of many ISPs
published policies. If the twit feels he has the right to irritate
people in this way, he has to be willing to pay the price. Tom can
take his shot for all I care. I have to say I have other things to do,
but this blogger twit has no sympathy from me.

A few weeks ago there was a story in the NY Times about a blog dealing
with (IIRC) the federal district court in New York. Its stock in trade
was juicy tidbits about the court officers and judges. It was written
apparently by a male with a great deal of insider knowledge of these
people, but who was posting as a female. There was a particular entry
about the sexiest federal court judges, under the title: "Babes ipsa
loquitur".
The writer was eventually outed, and the blog vanished. Apparently
several judges were severely disappointed by the disappearance of the blog.

Better yet, why don't you just stick to one nom like a decent netizen so that
killfiling your pathetic attention-needy ass will work for more than a day.
Everyone here with any 'net savvy knows that blogspot ain't the problem. Your
abuse of usenet is the problem. So start acting like you belong here or shut up
and stop whining about the animosity you created.
Grow up punk, and stop blaming other people for the fact that you're an unfunny
[censored] that nobody wants around.

Or perhaps you could stop posting your childish prattle here. Dipshits like
yourself are a dime a dozen and the only thing you're going to get for your
efforts is contempt.

I couldn't care less what you have to say on a website somewhere. It's your
postings here that can result in your losing your account.
Losing my account? Tom, you are so IGNORANT!!!!
This is the usenet, an unmoderated forum here to stay.
Don't like my posts? Don't read! I'm sure your "delete" finger has
not worn down to a nub yet.
FWIW, I will be glad to increase my messages to this particular
newgroup for all interested parties.
Hang on, here we go for the new onslaught.

How about you decrease them. You are not funny, and your "blog" is pure,
stupid [censored].
Tom, Maybe we could get G.W.Bush to put a wiretap on his computer. Then the
FBI could arrest him and have him do a frog march in front of the cameras.
All in the name of saving newsgroups.

I also recommend clicking on the "Flag" link near the upper right-hand
corner of his web pages. This marks them as "objectionable content", and if
enough people do it, Google may pull his blog.

And the ignorance is most likely yours. Tom is right in the case of
most major ISPs in the U.S.; you may be correct only to the extent of
your particular ISP.
The standard boilerplate on most email accounts (and web site hosting,
since hosted emails are the most common use of websites) specifically
mentions posting off-topic posts to use net. I read about every other
policy and I've yet to run into any major ISP, especially the telcos,
that don't include that item.
Post off-topic into ANY use net group from a U.S. ISP and the odds are
you will be booted from your account if someone takes the time to
complain through the proper channels.
