    Yes, for my recipient it helps, a lot.

    I looked at a copy and ended up buying it. Looks beautiful. Thanks
    for the heads-up, Twitty. Although it wasn't immediately clear where
    they hid the running workouts.

    Wong Kar-Wai triple feature today. Learned about the bird which that
    flies and flies all its life, and only lands when it dies.
