Currently, only filtering suggestions for Forté Agent have been
posted. I need to start up MS Outlook Express and figure out
comparable commands. I will repost updates.

Ya know, Agent's filtering capacity actually sucks. I was reading
about some other filters that offer WAY more flexibility.

What happened to nfilter? I'd be interested in a FAQ for setting that
    up with suggested kill expressions.

Amateurish and nothing that is not already freely available.

As predicted you are blowing hot air from the rectum again John
Williams, and your latest bid for power is doomed to failure.

It is clear that MFW will continue to function as it always has.

Be sure that information carried on your web site is not libellous and
that the necessary permissions to post .jpegs have been obtained.

Now that you have demonstrated your intentions, I will shortly
dedicate a section of my own web site at www.fitnwell.net, which
already has pages dedicated to MFW including a Rogues' Gallery, to the
    same topic.

I shall of course be borrowing heavily from your own dedicated efforts
as they appear (as us established plagiarists do) only with a more
realistic list of Group "trolls", which will of course be the same as
yours only with a few more recognisable names - including yours as the
Master "Troll" and the architect of all that has gone wrong with this
    Group.

This has given me renewed interest in the Group John Boy, and I have
my old enthusiasm back. It is perhaps sufficient just to be in
opposition to you and your megalomania.

He has fallen well short of that which he promised us, and despite his
feverish efforts he is doomed to failure.

Don't forget that this is the man that always proudly boasted that he
has never "killfiled" anybody. And also remember Mike, given that you
have been here a very long time, that John Williams is himself the
most prolific and enduring "troll" this Group has ever harboured.

It is he that has caused the most disharmony and generated the massive
retaliations that have been the cause of so much dissension, and the
cause of so many familiar people withdrawing from Group activity.

Did you notice that will be part of the FAQ? I tried to get
NewsProxy/Nfilter to do my killfiling, and it wasn't working. I was
getting frustrated until I finally found one entry in the FAQ that
explained it all. Hint: it has nothing to do with the software and
everything to do with your news server. And the problem will apply to
any other filter that you use.

That's why I'm offering solutions that will work for anyone.

Now John, his employers should not be your concern. This is after all his
*private* life - nothing to do with his activities in mfw. Why would you
want to expose or even allude to his private life. It isn't kosher, right?

It's too late now Oz, you're on the list.

Which reminds me of the episode of Dad's Army when Captain Mainwaring
and his Home Guard unit had captured the German U-Boat crew. The
Captain of the U-Boat was trying to take the names of his captors with
a view to war crimes, and asked the youngest member of the unit for
his name, whereupon Captain Mainwaring shouted with some urgency,
    "Don't tell him Pike."

In a similar sort of way of course, many of us will now appear on John
Williams web site branded as "trolls". The main qualification for this
arbitrary classification will be that you will have disagreed with the
megalomaniac Williams at some time over the past 25 years, or whenever
it was that he and fat-[censored] Dolly first began posting here.

Thanks for reminding me of that email address; I had forgotten about
it, and now I can add it to my killfile. Since Google Groups requires
a legitimate email address, I guess you'll need to create another
    account.

BTW, in case you didn't realize it, your originating IP address is
still shown in the headers, too.

Just thought I'd share that with you.

Yes, as a casual observer I would say that you two have had a ding dong
battle over a long time. Why don't you try the truce thing again? I could
help to broker it. You both could negotiate the 'no go' areas. Both of you
being reasonable people and not really enjoying the fray, should be a piece
    of cake.

Not a chance. I tried that a couple of times a few years ago. Hudson
seeks a cessation of hostilities only after virtually everyone in the
newsgroup criticizes him for his behavior. The "truce" lasts until he
decides to gradually resume his insults, "all in fun," of course.

Do you want to know what stops Hudson's ill behavior? Not having any
support. When you left for several weeks, Hudson ceased trolling
because he had nobody to support him. His sporadic posts during your
absence were relatively decent. Within 24 hours of your return, he
was back to trolling as usual.

That's why my list will eventually include troll enablers.

Who was it said: "Don't feed the trolls?"

And remember to use some of your own Google information:

"Some users of internet forums are considered to be "trollhunters", or
"trollbaiters". They willingly enter into conflicts when trolls
emerge. Often, trollhunters are as disruptive as trolls."

You need to put your own house in order John Williams.

It is absolutely amazing how you still see yourself as blameless for
all the problems that have beset this Group over the years John
    Williams.

I spent years without support before David the Oz arrived here, and
stood up to you and your bully boys resolutely, no matter how many
foul posts you threw at me - because I told you I would.

    Quoted message said:

But that is no more or less true than when you had your group of
sycophantic supporters, that you recruited to help you fight the
battles you couldn't win on your own.

The support I've had from David the Oz has been because initially I
put him wise to you and your cronies, who set about taking the [censored]
out of him when he first arrived here. We have since had a lot of fun
and dealt with a lot of "troll" behaviour from you and your chums.

You just don't like your own tactics being turned on you by way of
    retaliation.

You are a "troll enabler" John Williams, and you create "trolls" out
of newcomers to the Group, as you did with me, with your high-handed
    and aggressive bullying.
