  1. I lift weights every other day. The day after my weight lifting
session during my recovery, i get a slight fever. A slightly higher
body temperture than normal. Is this common? If not, i'm i doing
    something wrong when weight training?

Rest is as important as the EO's themselves. Go to every other day,
and your fever will be gone.

  5. I could workout every other day. But i was wondering if anyone could
help me improve recovery time. By suggesting supplements or food.

I'm going to die not soon enough.I tried butt sex from my
neighbours, and became the victim of AIDS. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in full blown (pun intended) AIDS. I now need a boner
transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a boner
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a boner donor:

Sounds like you might be experiencing a response to lactic acidosis.
You might try drinking more water to flush the lactic acid out of your
muscles/blood. Have a big glass of water after your workout, and
again an hour later, and see if that doesn't do the trick. Best of
    luck!

  9. I spoke to a doctor about lactic acidosis. My doctor total me that
working out would never cause that condition. Anyome else have any
    suggestions?
