Whats the Cape Epic? And what kind of state are you at the moment?
-
Its an MTB stage race, like transalp/transrockies...
8 days, 80-140km per day (most days over 100km). The route hints we've gotten so far say that its almost all offroad, very little carrying of the bike and some sections are very fast (I'm assuming those bits will be plain dirt roads).
Grant, where do you stay? Maybe you want to join us on training rides.
Cheers

Grant - I'm also in for Epic '06, and am looking for a good training porgamme. I'm from durban. If you find anything, let me know at [email hidden]. And vice versa - I'll get in touch with you.
