Subject: Boulinade Recipe
Can anyone help me find a recipe for Boulinade des Poissons. It is a
fish and potato stew from the South of France or possibly Catalunia and
despite eating it twice in recent weeks, I am unable to locate any recipe.
It apparently often uses annguilles (eels) as the fish.
