I have a front and back 27x1.25 steel wheels complete with roadworthy tubes
and tyres. If you want to collect them. it may be a bit bigger than 120 OLN
that's pretty narrow. they came off my old 5 speed racer which is now a
fixed.

I don't know. I think most of the 5 speed setups used 120mm. Certainly
both of the 120mm frames I've owned were built around 27" / 5 speed setups.
