Thank you for the sensible input.MFW does that stand for Man Fat Welcome or
perhaps Messy Flab Whinger?I can see that you have the Christmas
spirit.Obviously you are perfect otherwise you would not be hanging around
the low carb diet newsgroup.

Hello all
Is there a web site that all info on no carb foods including snacks.
Thank youI think this one is pretty easy to use:
http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/carbcounter.shtml
And here's the mother of all nutritional data search sites.. Harder to use,
but it has about everything:http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
I don't know of any that contain only "no carb foods," but that category
would include almost all plain meats, poultry, and seafood. Eggs and dairy
foods have minor to appreciable amounts of carb, so you have to check labels
or look them up. An egg has about 0.5 g carb, most cheeses are around 1
g/oz, some less and some more. Fats are generally carb-free, so olive oil,
butter, etc. are freebies.HTH

The part where you appeared inordinately focused on the arbitrary
names of foods again (e.g., "noodles," "snacks," etc).JC Der Koenig said:

Snickers are not low carb!
Hey, Snickers have their place -- I'm currently using a little tiny one
I snagged from a bowl at my hairdressers to lure ants to some bait.--
