Campy Record with FSA K-Force bars

Yes, I have Record 10 Ultra's with a K-Wing...all the Six13 Team Replica's came that way....

If you buy the bars new they come with pretty good instructions as well as a piece of plastic strap to fish the housings out of the bars (you can use strapping used to bundle newspapers). I find it easier to run the housings through the bar and then installing the ergo levers. There is one hole in the front and one hole in the back of the bar at the lever end and one larger hole near the stem where both cables come out. Start at the lever end, pass the housings through the bar (if you do one at a time start with the shifter housings) insert the piece of plastic strap into the hole at the stem end let the tips of the housing pass into the loop of strap and pull the strap while pushing the housings to get them out.
