    7th in fact. They called me. I guess he hit a pole again somewhere on
    the course, just like last year, and lost the group for a bit. Said
    he was pretty cooked after that so maybe lost a place or two but was
    pretty happy with two 7th's in a row.

    No that was Time, Rabobank has Shimano. BTW, the title of thread is Dutch
    for 'sold'. Just a hunch. Didn't look that way, though. If so, it was done
    _very_ professionally.

    It usually is. As the great Rik van Steenbergen once said: if everybody
    thinks to have seen it's has been sold, you can almost be sure it is not. Of
    course there exceptions. Van Damme once bought a cyclocross race from Eric
    de Vlaemynck, who took an enormous lead, stopped a few hundred yards before
    the finish, took the chain off and put it back as soon as Van Damme had
    passed. Van Damme was so mad that he refused to pay.
