  1. A liitle off topic I know but I thought I'd give it a try seeing as I am
getting absolutly no help from the people posting in the other rooms.
Anyone out there who owns the machine or had any experience with it a review
would be greatly a ppreciated. I am currently looking at buying with the Lat
tower attachement and am wondering if it truly works or if is a complete
    sham?

    Thanks, Joshua

Without proper diet, genetics (choosing the right set of parents) and
/proper/ exercise, you will never look like the fitness models in the
    television commercials for Bowflex.

They didn't get that way using that equipment.

Go to a real gym and pump iron. Get cut through intense aerobic
exercise and a diet that is big on protein and low on carbs.

  3. I don't want to get cut I merely want to imrove my strength. I have no
desire to look any diferent if it comes with getting stronger so be it if it
    doesn't all the better.

  4. Be careful as some of the Bowflex models have severely injured users by
    breakage.

So does sticking a red-hot soldering iron up your butt, but I do it
    anyway.
