Alternative to Wire Rack

baking. Nah ....

Wash away the gray to respond.

You could lay it on several canning lids (if you can), or a few wooden
spoons. A pile of pretzels might make an attractive presentation. Instead
of corn on the cob, we're having corn & black bean salad, other veggies
chopped in, spinkle of cumin. All that fiber to wash away the butter &
fats.
