  1. Newbie question.
I am trying to follow a treadmill training program that suggests to run at
    7.5m/h at 0% incline.
However, the minimum incline of my treadmill is 1.5%.
Is there any rule of thumb I can use to substitute speed with incline ?

but keep in mind that many tm may not be accurately calibrated for
either slope or speed. Usually somewhere around 1.5% slope is considered
the incline needed to require the equivalent energy as running flat
outside, which is probably why your tm is set that way. (I only use a tm
in circuits, and I use the simple-minded approach of twiddling knobs to
get the effort level I want - and whether I want more emphasis on leg
    speed or strength.)
