You remove Campy ergo levers via 5mm allen key near the top of the hard plastic lever body. You expose this by removing the rubber covering although I dont recommend this because it is hard to remove and replace the rubber cover and you risk ruining the rubber. The better way of reaching the allen bolt without removing the rubber cover is by slipping the long arm of the allen key through the side of the lever between the rubber cover and the lever body.
