Thighs chafing is making me mad!!!

Hi, I want to know about men underwear, need your advice for buying.
I'm a male with the "thighs chafing problem", but I'm not fat at all,
so weight lost is not an option. So, I tried a lot of things: different
pants, polyester boxer shorts, bodyglide, etc... - with and chafing
diminished, but is still there. Now I'm going to try with long boxer
briefs (I tried with Cotton/Lycra boxer briefs but they are too hot -
also tried with cheap Lycra compression shorts but are too hot too).
So...I was searching the Web and found a LOT of products, and I think
they are very good quality, but I want to know opinions from people
that uses them.
And my problem is not like most of the guys that have chafing when do
workouts (like running, hiking, cycling, etc..etc), I have the problem
in my everyday life, I can't walk a block without feeling the
chafing...so I need to wear this underwear ALL day long.
So... one that is in my list of possible buy is:
Brooks Runderwear (Silc Lite™: 92% moisture transfer polyester
microfiber/8% DuPont® Lycra® spandex)
another might be:
Under Armour Compression Short 0126L (10" inseam)...not an underwear
but may be an option.
There are a lot of options, another thing is that I don't want to use
something too tight that cuts my circulation. The most important issue
I think is the material to be "cool" and let the heat to "leave".
