There was an Armistice Service held on Great Carrs this morning with a rededication of the memorial to the pilots that lost their lives in the Halifax bomber which crashed there in 1944. I've posted a few photos including the new plaque if anyones interested (don't expect vuews though, the weather was absolutely horrendous - gale force winds and rain...nice!): http://www.stridingedge.net
