I have been having problems with my knees and was told by an Orthopedic Surgeon that the best equipment to use is a stationary bike, to strengthen my legs and take the stress off my knees. I'm 55 yrs old and would like to find a comfortable bike with good back support . Any advice that anyone could give
me would be greatly appreciated.😕

for your first bike, you definately want to go with a comfort bike. These will have the most upright position, cushiest seat. If fit bikes all day long, and I would def. put you on one of these.
