  1. No cooking involved, only reheating leftovers. My very
absolute favorite leftovers. Had sausage and peppers
night before last, every time I have that I wonder why I
    don't have that every night.

Poke a bunch of hot italian sausage and saute it with
a teeny bit of oil. When they are well browned, put them
into a baking dish and bake in the oven until they are
    done through.

Meanwhile, cut onions and italian frying peppers into
strips (make sure *plenty* of peppers) and fry them in
the sausage grease. Serve together with a slice of good
bread, liberally buttered. Make sure you get some bread,
sausage, pepper and onion in every bite.

Not a pretty sight maybe, but that is good eatin.

Sausage w/ peppers & onions is my DH's idea of heaven. We have never,
repeat never, had any leftovers, but I'll bet they're even better the
    second night. Lucky you!
