    exercise. My offseson has had the relaxing part now its time to get back to
    it but I cannot get my butt into gear.

    Solution to stop eating the bad stuff.... Stop buying it.

    Seriously, a few years ago, I stopped buying the stuff, and dont eat it now.
    If its not in my cupboards, I cant eat it.

    Sign up for an event. I find that when I'm not signed up for an event I
    completely lose focus. As soon as I signed up for something the focus
    comes back.

    Agreed. I just signed up for a 35k XC ski race, and I'll be out there
    skiing tomorrow! Er, if it snows tonight.

    Actually, my XC ski club does start dryland tomorrow.

  5. Hi, You may want to read "Unleash the Warrior Within" by Richard Machowicz;
    or just about anything ever written by or about Vince Lombardi - works for
    me.
